Electric Welding Accessories

Since Arc welding is a process that primarily makes use of electricity to join two pieces of metal into one, it also needs sufficient electric welding accessories to carry out this process effectively and smoothly. With the help of welding accessories, it becomes much easier to use electricity for generating sufficient amount of heat that can melt the 2 metals, and the melted metals when cooled down ultimately result in the binding of both the metals as one.

Since this type of welding makes use of a welding power supply to create an electric arc between an electrode and the base material to melt the metals at their melting points, that's why it is more common known as Arc welding. This method of welding uses direct current (DC) or alternating current (AC); and consumable or non-consumable electrodes based on the process. The welding region is generally safeguarded by some type of shielding gas, vapors or slag. Arc welding can also be classified into 3 basic categories that include manual arc welding, semi-automatic arc welding and fully automated arc welding.

To cater to the arc Welding needs of the customers, the range of Electric Welding accessories manufactured at Arcon includes the following items, including, Welding Cable, Welding Electrode Holder, Earth Clamp, Cable Connector, Welders' Helmet, Welders' Hand Shield, Welders' Goggles, Chipping Hammer, Wire Brush, Leather Hand Gloves, Leather Apron, Leather Arm Guard with Velcro Strap, Leather Leg Guard, Heat Resistant Shoulder Guard, Welding Electrode Drying Oven, PVC Welding Torch, MIG/MAG Semi-Automatic Welding Torch and GTAW (TIG) Torch.
