Mr. Raj Kumar Mittal is the Founder and Group Managing Director of Mitco Weld Products Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Raj Kumar Mittal has more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in the welding industry, has also conducted various technological seminars for welders at various places in India.
Mr. Raj Kumar Mittal is directly involved in Research and Development and looks into all the issues faced by customers personally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. He has been instrumental in driving growth at Arcon and has ensured that the Company delivers impactful and value-driven solutions to it’s customers.
Shailesh Mittal

Mr. Shailesh Mittal has experience in both finance and marketing having worked with various reputed companies like UBS and CRISIL.
As Director – Sales and Marketing at Arcon, he is involved in driving revenue through direct marketing, strategic alliances and overall business development.
He has been instrumental in expanding business in different regions hence ensuring best service to customers all over India.
Mr. Shailesh Mittal joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 21 July, 2004.

Mr. Ankur Mittal as Company Director – Marketing & Advertising, Ankur is responsible for overseeing the Company’s Advertising & Marketing functions.
Ankur has a unique blend of financial, managerial and corporate experience that has enabled him to understand business needs and deliver valuable inputs that have contributed to the Company’s expansion and growth.
Ankur is a Graduate in Economics as well as an MBA in the field of Marketing.
Mr. Ankur Mittal joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 20 August, 2006.
